Syra Winebar

We consider that architecture can become a catalyst for the promotion of an initiative, in this case, a hospitality business. Thus, architecture contributes to the differentiation of the business by creating an environment designed for the enjoyment of the customer.

With these premises, the renovation of a premises for the opening of Syrah Winebar is approached. The establishment is located at number 7 of Castaños street, in one of the commercial premises in the Palacio Salvetti, in the heart of the leisure area of the city of Alicante.

The project proposes the integral renovation of the current premises, betting on enhancing the qualities present in the building, reflected in its noble materials and traditional construction solutions. Thus, the project seeks a spatial reorganization through the introduction of small elements that accommodate the new program planned.

At the material level, black color predominates in walls and ceilings. The chromatic contrast is produced with the wood of the furniture, the white marble of the bar, as well as the paved floor of the existing building.
