Patio House

This house is located on a site previously occupied by two industrial warehouses. As the plot is spacious, we proposed that the house be resolved on a single level.

This expansion places the patio as the structuring element of the house, where most of the interior spaces are oriented towards it, allowing for optimal natural lighting and ventilation. In this way, a great permeability is achieved between the interior spaces and the patio, while avoiding large openings in the facade, which provides greater privacy to the house.

Regarding the materials, a delicate transition between the interior and exterior is pursued through the use of furniture and coatings with neutral textures, enhancing the vibrancy of the patio’s colors.
