Facade

The façade is resolved by combining white finishes with dark carpentry elements and slatted panels.

The arrangement of private terraces and outdoor spaces on the upper floors offers continuity between the architecture and its surroundings. The layout of the built volume favors natural lighting in the homes and common areas, optimizing orientation and sunlight.

The overhanging balconies, emphasized by framed metal structures, contribute to the expressiveness of the whole and reinforce the relationship between interior and exterior, providing sun protection and privacy to the homes.

Daytime area

The interior design responds to a clear premise: optimize space without giving up comfort.

The distribution favors visual continuity and the relationship between the different environments, with a clear reading of the uses and a materiality consistent with the architecture of the building.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen share an open-plan space where natural light is the main design element. Large windows enhance the connection with the outdoors and reinforce the feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen, integrated into the layout, maintains a discreet presence thanks to its clean design and the choice of neutral materials.

Night zone

In the bedrooms, the search for balance translates into a sober color palette and construction solutions that maximize functionality.

Built-in furniture and suspended elements free up space, avoiding unnecessary visual barriers.

Common Areas, Urbanization and Landscaping

The base of the building opens onto a common garden space, in which the vegetation, the living areas and the pool form an extension of domestic life.

The common areas raise the value proposition of the project by focusing on the quality of life of its residents: fully equipped gym, social club, swimming pool, shower and solarium area, garden area and individual storage rooms.
