Clement

The project was born from the proposal of the developer and owner of the apartment, who asked us to design this model apartment for his building, which has 60 units.

The proposal is based on the premise of creating a residential space adapted to the comfort and lifestyle of its inhabitants, which we have solved through integrated furniture that eliminates practical and visual boundaries. This solution is a response to the need to balance aesthetic and functional elements as harmoniously as possible, resulting in a visually clean, warm, and calm space.

The kitchen and living area merge into a single open space, which, however, manages to clearly and concisely delineate these different areas. The key element in achieving this goal is a kitchen island that meets functional needs with a simplicity that exudes elegance. To the left, a vertical wine rack rises, drawing attention to this feature.

In terms of materiality, white and light wood interact cleanly and coherently to accentuate the warm and bright character of the space. The space is illuminated by abundant natural light entering through large windows and a meticulous artificial lighting system. The indirect lighting reinforcements provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. A notable feature is a strip of light that emerges from the wall and climbs to its highest point, continuing on the ceiling and extending horizontally, reaching the hallway and once again blurring the boundaries between spaces.

In the night area, the continuity of materials and integrated furniture design contribute to unifying the different parts of the bedroom, giving a sense of spaciousness and cohesion. The bathroom and dressing room are subtly and elegantly integrated into the structure of the master bedroom, demonstrating that privacy and practicality are not contradictory concepts. The vanity area is resolved with a floating wooden piece that separates the space with vertical slats.
