Bateig House
The plot is located to the south of the town of Elda, in an area of recent expansion and low building density. Its geometry is rectangular and borders two roads and two plots, one of which is already occupied.
For this reason, the house is positioned at one end of the plot, trying to turn the main spaces towards the garden, thus maximizing the free space. Similarly, the piece, with a marked linear character, closes towards the adjacent plots, generating its own space in search of privacy and distant views of the Bateig mountain range.
At the material level, a continuous white cladding configures the main volume, interrupted by some visible stone walls and integrated furniture elements.
