Azara House
The project starts from a newly constructed apartment in a building located in an area of new expansion on San Juan Beach (PAU 5), with the aim of unifying the daytime area by integrating the kitchen and living room into a single space.
The search for a space with a marked open character has been the central axis of the transformation, reducing unnecessary partitions and introducing new pieces of furniture that articulate both spaces, with the main protagonist being a new kitchen island.
This intervention allows maximizing the existing space, enhancing the relationship between both areas, and optimizing the natural lighting in both rooms.
The project makes use of a materiality characterized by neutral colors, with white as the main color accented by elements of natural wood that bring warmth to the residence.
