The design of the house aims to enhance its innate qualities, among which its magnificent views of two of the most representative squares in Alicante stand out: Calvo Sotelo and the “Muntanyeta“.

In this privileged corner of the building, equipped with large glass openings, we have developed the daytime space of the house with a diaphanous intention. The order imposed by the metal structure, the geometry of the house, and a careful selection of furniture articulate a space where perspectives on the extraordinary environment predominate.

Its configuration of two bedrooms allows quality to be prioritized over quantity in the house. Thus, a generous bedroom space stands out, complemented by a dressing room and an en suite with a water area.

Thanks to a careful selection of materials, among which white wood and natural oak stand out, we provide the house with a special warmth. This sensation reaches its maximum expression at dusk, with the delicate light captured by the generous glass openings and tinting the interior in gold.
