Incorporating architectural techniques that help achieve energy efficiency: incorporating thermal insulation throughout the thermal envelope (facades, roofs, and floors), using highly efficient windows with solar protection, and eliminating thermal bridges where insulation continuity is lost; weak points where a lot of energy is lost.

Incorporating technologies (hot water supplies, electricity, or appliances) with high energy efficiency or that consume a large part of renewable energy, in order to maintain thermal comfort inside spaces and reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy.

Using materials with lower climate impact, which are not of low quality, in the construction of buildings and homes, so that no waste is generated, achieving a balance between construction and the enjoyment of natural resources in architecture.
